Project submission

One of the main goals of the Czech & Slovak Sustainability Summit is to offer space for companies and institutions to promote their sustainable projects, both to the attendees of the summit itself as well as to the broader public through post-summit promotion in our media partners.

The sustainable projects are judged by the Scientific Council of the summit. The projects chosen by the Scientific Council will be displayed in the poster gallery at the summit. The top 10 projects will be given space for presentation in the conference program and will receive the award Sustainability Star 2025.

Please read the following conditions before completing the nomination form:

• The project must be recent, that is, it must have been launched in the previous year and a half.
• The project must have had a concrete, positive impact on the environment or society.
• Evidence that the implemented project is truly sustainable is a necessary condition for the project application. Greenwashing is not allowed at the Sustainability Summit.
• It is not possible to submit a specific service or product without it being submitted as part of an implemented project that contributed to the development of sustainability. The project cannot be the service or product itself.
• Nominations from suppliers of a service or product alone are not allowed. The participation of the company or institution implementing the project is required both in the nomination process and in the eventual presentation in person at the summit.
• Due to high interest, we can only accept one submission per company or institution.
• The deadline for submitting a project is January 31, 2025.
