Beata Hlavčáková is a manager in the sustainability team at Deloitte Advisory. She has more than 20 years of practical experience in the field of sustainability with international experience. Beata is an expert on sustainability and creating ESG strategies. She has created, implemented and monitored CSR programs with different focuses, including setting up reporting, ethics, conducting stakeholder dialogues, measuring impacts, creating a materiality matrix and improving the ESG rating. She considers ESG communication and cooperation with the involvement of all partners, especially the responsible supply chain, to be important. She was a trainer for companies, non-governmental organizations and the public sector, and she has published and lectured on the topic of sustainability at many events. She is a specialist in the practical introduction and management of ESG. She also expanded her professional knowledge as the director of the department of the government ministry, where she introduced the international good governance framework for risk management and transparency.
