Jaroslava Hejduková graduated from the Faculty of Business Economics at the Czech University of Life Sciences in Prague. During her studies, she first gained experience in the field of real estate management. For 19 years, she worked for the Austrian company Raiffeisen Property Management, where she worked her way up from the position of assistant to managing director for the Czech and Slovak Republics. She gained diverse and professional experience thanks to the projects and buildings that this company owned in large European cities such as Prague, Bratislava, Vienna, Budapest, and Bucharest. She has been working in the Crestyl group since 2017. She started in the position of commercial properties facility manager, and since August 2022 she has held the position of head of office property management. She leads the property and facility team and is responsible for individual commercial projects in this area. She strives to be a part of the change of moving projects in the Crestyl group towards a greener future, with responsibility towards the environment with the connection of life and the nearest community in it and in accordance with the latest trends of sustainable construction. She is a member of the committee of the New Town of Prague Association with 55 member companies supporting the center of Prague and Wenceslas Square. As the coordinator of this public space, this association is a partner not only for the public, but also for the town hall, municipality, and city organizations.
