Magdaléna Radová, Tilia Impact Ventures

Magdaléna Radová is the head of impact at Tilia Impact Ventures, a Czech impact venture capital fund focused on investing in visionary startups from Central and Eastern Europe contributing to a positive impact on the health of people, society, and the planet. She has been active in the world of impact investing since 2016. She is an expert in impact measurement and management and ESG, and she is a consultant for socially beneficial startups and other organizations. Before joining Tilia, she lived in Luxembourg and focused on impact investing and microfinance in developing countries at the level of funds and international institutions. She received a master’s degree in behavioral economics from the Sorbonne University in Paris and a bachelor’s degree in economics and finance from Charles University in Prague.
