Pavel Sovička has been operating continuously in the Czech and global real estate industry for more than 25 years. He started his professional career at Healey & Baker (now Cushman & Wakefield), where he spent a total of ten years. Since 2008, he has been at the head of Panattoni as managing director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. During his tenure, Pavel Sovička participated in transactions exceeding 2,000,000 m² of leased and sold space. The most important projects include, for example, Panattoni Park Prague Airport I and II, the Amazon distribution centers in Dobrovíz and Kojetín (the largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 187,000 m²), Panattoni Park Stříbro, Panattoni Park Cheb South (the most ecological industrial building in the world) or Panattoni Park Cheb, whose most important tenant is the company Tchibo (the third-largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 105,000 m²). Over the past few years, Panattoni has built many award-winning innovative industrial and logistics properties on the Czech and Slovak markets. Panattoni focuses on sustainable construction and delivers industrial properties with parameters well beyond the legislative framework with the aim of achieving at least BREEAM 2016 New Construction Excellent certification. Panattoni is part of the Panattoni Development Company, which is one of the world’s largest privately held development companies with 54 offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Since starting operations in Central Europe in 2005, the company has completed a total of more than 20.6 million m² of modern industrial space.
