Pavel Sovička started his professional career at Cushman & Wakefield, where he spent a total of ten years. Since 2008, he has been at the head of Panattoni as managing director for the Czech Republic and Slovakia. Panattoni Development Company is one of the world’s largest privately held development companies with 53 offices in North America, Europe and Asia. Since starting operations in Central Europe in 2005, the company has completed a total of over 19 million m2 of modern industrial space. Pavel Sovička has 24 years of experience in industry in the Czech Republic, Slovakia and Hungary. He participated in transactions representing a total of more than 1,700,000 m2 of leased and sold space. Among the most significant projects under his leadership are, for example, a robotic distribution center for Amazon, as the first full-scale multi-story industrial building in the Czech Republic in Panattoni Park Kojetín (the largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 187,000 m2), Amazon’s distribution center in Panattoni Park Prague Airport I (the second largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 120,000 m2) and Panattoni Park Cheb, whose most important tenant is the company Tchibo (the third-largest rental building in the Czech Republic, 105,000 m2).
